Three decades guiding people to real change
I'm Jheladeen .. a UK-based Certified Transformational Coach with over 30 years of experience.
My career began as a clinician — I spent 17 years in the UK's health sector, helping people overcome deep-rooted challenges and traumas and make meaningful, lasting change to their life.
I spent the next 18 years in leading global organisations, helping senior professionals and their teams reach professional and personal goals.
Whatever you're facing, I've very likely helped someone through something similar.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the classes free?
Some are completely free .. others are a small one-off fee. Each class page tells you clearly before you book, so there are never any surprises.
What exactly is a masterclass?
A live online class where I teach one important topic in plain language, using real-life examples and leave time for your questions at the end. Most classes run for 45 minutes to an hour.
How do I choose the right class for me?
Click the "Tell me more" buttons to read the individual class pages .. and pick the one that speaks to where you are right now. If you are still unsure, scroll to the bottom of this page and click "Book a Free Call". I'll help you find the right starting point for you.
Do I have to be on camera?
No you don't. I do prefer to see the attendees on my screen but it's whatever's more comfortable for you. So camera off is fine if you prefer.
Is there a replay afterwards?
No. There's no replay to catch up on. The class only happens live, in the room, on the day. I make a recording for my own analysis and improvement .. it's never shared or sold. The only way to get what's inside .. and to have your questions answered .. is to be there live.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. Please note that seats are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. So grab your seat .. and encourage your friend to do so as well, before the class is full.
