Digital Self-Help Planners:

- Delivery: Delivered via automated email immediately upon purchase.

- Refunds: Non-refundable except if not delivered on the same day of purchase. In such cases, you are entitled to a 100% refund if you advise us in writing within 36 hours of your purchase.

Webinars:

- Scheduling: Live online events scheduled on specific dates.

- Refunds: Non-refundable once booked.

Consultations:

- Scheduling: Consultations are scheduled at mutually agreed times.

- Session Duration: Each consultation lasts up to 60 minutes.

- Cancellations:

- More Than 48 Hours' Notice: Fully refundable or reschedulable.

- Less Than 48 Hours' Notice: Will incur a 50% charge.

- No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the full fee being forfeited.

1-2-1 Coaching Programmes:

- Programme Structure:

-- 6-Month Programme: Includes 24 sessions (4 sessions per month) over a six-month period.

-- 12-Month Programme: Includes 48 sessions (4 sessions per month) over a twelve-month period.

- Session Duration: Each session lasts up to 60 minutes.

- Scheduling:

-- Fixed Schedule: Sessions are scheduled weekly at the same time and on the same day.

-- Agreement: The schedule is fixed for the duration of the programme.

- Leave/Holiday Periods:

-- Coach's Leave: In a 6-month programme, there are 2 weeks of leave; in a 12-month programme, there are 4 weeks of leave.

-- Notification: Leave dates will be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance.

- Rescheduling and No-Shows:

-- Rescheduling Requests:

-- Notice Period: Requests must be made with at least 48 hours' notice.

-- Accommodation: We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee availability.

- Late Requests and No-Shows:

-- Policy: Late requests (less than 48 hours' notice) and no-shows will result in the session being forfeited without refund or rescheduling.

- Unused Sessions:

-- Expiry: Unused sessions must be used within the agreed programme period and do not carry over beyond the end date.

-- Extensions: Extensions are not available unless sessions were missed due to our unavailability.

6. Payment and Pricing

- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express.

- Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.

- Coaching Programme Payments:

- Upfront Payment: Clients may pay in full upfront, which may include a discount.

- Instalment Payments: Alternatively, clients can pay in monthly instalments, paid in advance. Exact terms will be discussed during the consultation.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (Planners):

- Refunds: Non-refundable except if not delivered on the same day of purchase. In such cases, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

Webinars:

- Cancellations and Refunds: Non-refundable once booked.

Consultations:

- Cancellations:

- More Than 48 Hours' Notice: Fully refundable or can be rescheduled.

- Less Than 48 Hours' Notice: Will incur a 50% charge.

- Policy: No-shows will not receive a refund or an option to reschedule.

8. Order Bumps and Upsells

During the checkout process, you may be offered additional products or services ("order bumps" or "upsells"), such as other digital products, webinars, consultations, or coaching programmes. These offers are optional and may vary.
