I began as a clinician .. 17 years in UK healthcare, helping people with deep-rooted challenges and trauma make lasting change.
Then 18 years in large global organisations, helping senior professionals and their teams achieve their personal and professional goals.

Is this really for me?

Do I have to be on camera?
I prefer to see who I am speaking to. However, you're welcome to keep your camera off and simply listen and take part in the chat. There's no pressure to be seen or to speak. Additionally your chat is visible only to me .. so there is no need to worry about what others will think of your comments or questions. It's a completely safe and non judgemental space designed for maximum learning.
Is there a replay if I can't attend live?
No — there's no replay. It's designed as a live session, not something to catch up on later .. so the value is in being there.
